TikTok is difficult in smm. They push updates weekly and i see tiktok followers got dropped.
I was using easytopromo.com recently. There service is good but i always suggest you to keep your own research.

Yeah, TikTok followers are getting harder for panels lately, most services either don’t start or end up dropping fast. I stopped relying on SMM panels for that and switched more to microtask-style traffic where real users are involved. It’s slower but honestly feels way more stable from my experience.

Don’t rush to top up almost every SMM panel out there. Most of them will only waste your time and money. I’ve registered on many panels for TikTok followers, and honestly almost 99% of the services don’t work properly. I can even tell you which panels to avoid. Don’t let them fool you with fake “HQ” and “fast” claims.

Don’t lie. I literally have balance stuck on JustAnotherPanel because their TikTok follower services barely work at all. Almost every service in the $1.5–$2.7/K range gets stuck in processing or never completes properly.

Honestly, all of them have been disappointing. I've tested around 14 different SMM panels, and at this point it feels more like a scam than a business.
From what I've seen, most of these panels are just resellers. They use the same dirty tactic: your order gets stuck for days, tying up your balance and forcing you to look for another panel. Then you deposit again, only to discover that the "new" panel is often owned by the same network of admins or connected resellers.
The cycle repeats over and over. Meanwhile, your orders are quietly routed to low-quality providers with terrible account quality and unreliable delivery.
Everyone claims to be a "main provider," offers "HQ followers," and promises "fast delivery," but the reality is very different once you've actually spent money and tested their services.

I am currently using PopularityBazaar. They offer several options for both premium and regular accounts. Additionally, their support is always quick and friendly. I have tried it for many accounts and found the drop rate to be low, at less than 10%.

Most scammy panel is justanotherpanel, none of their services work, when you report issue they close ticket and keeps the services online while they know they don't work at all
Most of orders turn into "completed" without a single view/follower added and when you send message to support they close it telling "order completed" while the counter is still 0
