This guy is the biggest scammer. I gave him an AWS AI 50 RPM account to supply to his buyer, with clear instructions to use Bedrock not Claude platform. His buyer ignored that, draining the quota to 0. He demanded a refund, but the buyer agreed to a $60 deduction. He sold the account for $225, so after the $60 cut, the refund should've been $165. He paid me $160, so I refunded $100. Then he came back demanding $60 more trying to eat into profits for doing absolutely nothing. Total scammer.

I am asking because when I got in touch with their support and asked if they allow their SMTP to be used for cold emailing they said no. If there is any bounce rate or complaints they will suspend you.

Agreed on that and it's self explanatory because of the bounce rate thing they mentioned. That's why we always tell our clients to keep the bounce rate in check, let's say less then 7-8%
