Hello BHW. I know many experienced people are here! Guys I've been making for quite a few years now but I'm still like very far from being a millionaire. So as AI is booming and everyone is moving towards it. I was wondering what businesses or ventures I can start to make a million USD in the next 10 years ?

I'm based in India btw. Thanks!

What do you know about or have an interest in? only start there, otherwise you are instantly at a disadvantage. What you like doing in life on the computer already, and what software do you use already to do that?

Start a similar concept, where many pages / companys buy or donate money. Somewhere in the world, they "plant" a tree.

So do this in India, but different way that when India is such a shitty country. So much garbage here and there. So you start collecting garbage, but you collect garbage every time someone donates or gives you a dollar. You recycle it in a proper and designated place. If this business starts growing, then you will hire employees to do the job.
1 dollar is as much as a shopping bag of garbage.

You make social media content in the same time. You show that you collect the garbage and you upload the videos to the YouTube. TikTok, Instagram.

Cold mine I say. I would do it if I would live in India.

learn how to create roblox experience. create an experience that will attract a lot of players. sell in game items there.

Choose a service or product with a subscription, that creates your recurring foundation.

thats simple - Public Speaking — Influencer Marketing — Hardskill AI :D

I'd focus less on the millionaire target and more on building something that compounds.

the businesses that create the most long-term value usually have recurring customers, recurring revenue, and a growing competitive advantage over time.

whether that's software, media, services, or ecommerce is secondary. the real goal is creating an asset that becomes more valuable each year rather than starting over every month.

There's usually a tradeoff between the target amount you want to have for yourself and how much you're able to enjoy yourself while you're going after it

A million in 10 years is less about finding one magical AI idea and more about solving one expensive problem for a long time without getting distracted by every shiny new tool.

From India, I’d start with AI services for businesses, automation, lead gen, support systems, niche SaaS, or industry-specific tools. Sell the service first, learn what clients repeatedly pay for, then turn the repeatable part into software.

Most people won’t fail because AI moved too fast. They’ll fail because they changed business models every time someone on X posted a revenue screenshot.

Find out what people are already buying and replicate it is the easiest way.

Ten years is actually a long runway. I'd rather build a boring business that can reliably do $10k-$20k/month than spend years chasing the next shiny trend. Most millionaires I know got there through consistency, not prediction.

They key is, find something that people really need/want and you are the only one providing that :)
