Very disappointing and unprofessional.
I purchased the "Real Latin Followers" service, but what I received was completely different from what was advertised. The followers were mostly Russian and Arabic accounts, and the worst part is that Instagram Insights showed their locations coming from the Middle East rather than Latin America.
The service 4402, advertised as "Real Latin Followers," is misleading. The followers are neither Latin nor genuinely real, yet the service costs $3.90 USD. I contacted support, and they told me these were task-based users and that some accounts could come from those regions because the users either created their accounts there or had lived there before. Honestly, that explanation didn't make much sense to me.
I then asked them to recommend a service that actually delivers real Latin followers. The support team at DnoxSMM recommended service 2412, but the result was even worse. Most of the followers appeared to be low-quality accounts from India presented as "Real Brazilian Accounts."
The service description clearly suggests that these are real followers, but in my experience, they were not. Instead, I received what appeared to be low-quality accounts from regions completely unrelated to the targeting being advertised. Charging $12.95 USD for a service of this quality is unreasonable.
I am not asking for a refund. I simply believe that services should be advertised honestly. If a service is not truly targeted to Latin American users or does not provide the quality being claimed, the description should reflect that reality.
