Tiktok One - Creator Marketplace Issue

Hello Fellow Tiktokers and Social Media influencers

I've been having issues when trying to apply for Tiktok One Creator Marketplace campaigns lately. Recently there was a campaign for Airpods and before that for Dairy Queen that I could not post a video for and earn money.

The submit video button for me is greyed out with a message that says "You're not eligible for this event. Try exploring other opportunities.

The same campaigns are visible for my two other tiktok friends and they are able to post their videos for the campaign and earn money.

The problem is they are not telling me what is the reason for the ineligibility, and tiktok support are not helping with their answers at all.

Does any have the same issue? or has anyone experienced something similar before that has a fix?

Large brand campaigns often require your account to meet certain criteria. Please check if your account meets these criteria: Age: Must be 18 years old or older. Followers: Must have at least 10,000 followers (a common requirement for Creator Marketplace). Engagement: Must have at least 100,000 video likes in the last 28 days. Activity: Must have posted at least 3 videos in the last 28 days.

We meet all these requirements.

In fact, my friend who has way less engagement than I do can apply to this campaigns with no issues.

You may have logged in with an account that doesn't have the correct Shop Owner or Ad Manager privileges to link the campaign.

can you explain what that means? We logged in from our own tiktok account.

Any help is highly appreciated. Campaigns are coming thick and fast and I can't apply to any of them while a lot of my friends can. Not sure what kind of a glitch is this and Tiktok does not answer the question about what is restricting me from applying.
