If you need to find client in your targeted niche go to freelancing platform like Upwork, Fiverr etc. For the new person go to fiverr and make a eye catching gigs and its free.

Yes of course but there are too many scammers on Discord, you need to be careful, just don't trust anyone without ref.

Discord is increasingly becoming a powerhouse for high-ticket freelancing, but it works very differently than LinkedIn or Upwork. In 2026, it is arguably the best place for SEO, IM (Internet Marketing), and specialized agency services, provided you know where to look.

Discord can be decent for finding clients, but it's mostly a trust game. Find the right servers—private or founder-focused—where people actually hang out, and contribute real value in the open channels. It’s slow and noisy, so don’t DM pitch people; show you know your stuff first. If you’re patient and helpful, some conversations might turn into real leads.

Do you know the way of using discord? can you teach me?

Been using Discord for a very specific niche for the last two years. So yeah, it’s very useful when you’re in the right servers.

Yes, Discord is still a great platform for finding clients. The key is to find good free servers or even paid subscriptions to relevant servers where you can look for clients
