I think I would like to learn all the languages of the world. Knowing all languages would allow me to travel the world and communicate with new people with ease.

For me it would be the ability to learn anything quickly, languages, programming, music, business or any new skill would become much easier to master. It feels like a meta skill that would unlock almost every other ability you could want.
