Hi,
One of the most expensive mistakes I have made with Telegram Ads was pausing a campaign too early.
The results dipped for a day or two, so I assumed the Telegram Ads campaign was losing momentum. A week later, I tested it again and it started performing well almost immediately. Since then, I have become much more careful about making decisions based on short-term Telegram Ads fluctuations.
Has anyone else had a Telegram Ads campaign that looked dead but turned out to be profitable later?
What rules do you follow before deciding to pause a Telegram Ads campaign?

Telegram ads can fluctuate from day to day , and a campaign that underperforms for a couple of days may still be profitable over a longer period.

Before pausing a campaign , I usually ask myself whether the decline is part of a normal fluctuation or a consistent trend.

Personally I try not to make decisions based on a single day's data. Instead , I look at performance over a large sample size and focus on key metrics such as cost per join , conversion rate and the quality of subscriber being acquired.

Yes, I have made that mistake before.

Telegram ads can be very inconsistent from day to day, especially when targeting channels with limited inventory. I have seen campaigns look completely dead for a few days and then start performing again without any major changes.

That's why, I try not to judge a campaign based on one or two bad days. I usually look at a longer period and overall trends before deciding whether to pause it. Sometimes patience saves more money than constant tweaking.

Sorry to hear this and yes that's a common trap with Telegram Ads short dips don't always indicate that the campaign is failing sometimes it's just a temporary delivery or audience shift. A better way is to give it a little more runway and base decisions on trends that are consistent, not on one or two days performance.
