Reddit Traffic Dropped Across Multiple Accounts at the Same Time... Why?

Hey

Seeing something unusual and wondering if anyone else has experienced it. I manage several Reddit accounts that post in different communities and niches.

None of them have violations, removals or warning messages but over the last few weeks engagement has dropped across almost all of them at the same time. Posts are still getting published normally but reach and visibility feel much lower than before. What was confusing is that this is happening across different subreddits and different account ages.

Has anyone else seen a drop like this? Do you think reddit is evaluating account behavior differently now or could there be another factor affecting visibility behind the scenes?

I've noticed a major change recently. Accounts that would have survived easily a year ago are now getting filtered or suspended after completely normal activity. No links, no promotions, just one regular comment.
Are people seeing Reddit put more weight on account trust, IP reputation and device fingerprinting than before? It definitely feels different compared to previous years.
 
no traffic is flowing fine ! may be you got shadowbanned?
 
i know alot of affiliates using reddit and no one has complained, so it might just be that you are shadowbanned

Yes, I have noticed similar things before.

When it happens across multiple accounts at the same time, I usually do not think it is an account-specific issue. It is more likely related to changes in subreddit activity, increased competition, or reddit adjusting how content is distributed.

I have also seen periods where reach drops for weeks and then gradually returns without changing much. If your posts are still being published normally and not getting removed, you should first look at broader platform or subreddit-level changes rather than assuming the accounts themselves are restricted.
 
Could be a Reddit change, more competition or just fewer people seeing posts right now. Hard to know exactly, but you're definitely not the only one seeing it.
 
yeah many people noticing same thing lately, looks like reddit changed algo or tightening distribution, so even clean accounts getting lower reach without any warnings.

I have also noticed something similar recently. It feels like reddit has become more selective with visibility, even for accounts that do not have any warning or violations.
 
I got 3 accounts banned even though i only posted normal content it was after 2 weeks of acc creation and even though i farmed more than 1500 karma on them and 0 promotional content posted, the got shadowbanned. Crazy things.
 
Its simple, Reddit sniped those accounts being part of the same pool, you might have leaked WebRTC or whatever fingerprint metric and got flagged.
 
When I post in a community with a new account, I get this message: "Sorry, this post was removed by Reddit filters." What solution would you give me?
 
I think it may just be a temporary issue. You should try changing your content strategy and continue monitoring the results for a while longer.
 
In many cases it was not related to account issues but rather changes in subreddit activity competition ,or reddit's recommendation system
 
If your multiple accounts are affected at the same time, then it's usually not an account issue. No doubt, reddit has become much stricter recently and changes in content distribution or increased competition can reduce reach across many accounts at once. If there are not warnings or removals, you should not worry too much.

What niches are they in? Are we talking about regular communities or affiliate-heavy niches like gambling, crypto, finance, etc.?
 
Because your accounts are flagged and actively being suppressed by Reddit’s algo. You have a leak in your farm’s configuration.
