I have been testing both large channels and smaller niche channels, and the results are very different.

large channels bring more volume, but niche channels often deliver better-quality subscribers who stay longer and engage more.

what has worked best for you?

large channels for scale or niche channels for quality?

I must say niche channels usually perform better when your goal is to get high -quality subscriber. large channels can be useful for scaling and reaching a wider audience but the traffic is often less targeted ,which can lead to lower retention rates.

I would say strategy that has worked well for me is starting with niche channels to identify what converts best and then gradually testing larger channels once .
 
I've had better results withh niche channels. The volume is lower, but the subscribers usually engage more and stick around longer, quality beats quantity most of the time.
 
Honestly, niche channels all the way. Big channels have high volume, but their churn rate will kill your ROI.
I always lock down CPA in tight/high-intent niche channels first, get the messaging right, and then use that data to filter lookalike topics on larger channels when it's time to scale.

Focusing on niches tends to yield better results.
 
what niche are you in if you don't mind me asking? I'm in adult and wondering if this could work as well
 
niche channels every time, retention is what actually matters not vanity subscriber count
 
I’ve seen something similar.
Large channels are great for reach, but niche channels usually bring more engaged people who are actually interested in the topic.
for me, a mix of both tends to work best
 
Niche channels are normally successful in the long run since the people who visit these channels have already been pre-qualified. Big channels may be helpful in testing campaigns or scaling up campaigns but may offer low-intent traffic unless the messaging is well-aligned
