Best adult ad network for publishers?

The one I’m currently working with is pretty bad I would say, I’m talking 0.9$ popunder CPM for US and other Tier 1 GEOs, what adult ad networks have a decent cpm? I can’t beleive that a 0.9$ CPM for tier 1 is normal.

If you're getting a $0.9 CPM for US traffic, you're definitely getting underpaid.
