What are the best paid traffic sources right now?

I ran a campaign for a local company on Meta, and it was successful with a decent outcome. I believe the results can vary across different niches. It's all about who you're targeting. Understanding the right set of target audiences can greatly impact which traffic source is most effective, I guess.

It depends on your niche, but I get good conversions with Tiktok ads and Instagram ads.

Paid traffic mainly comes from platforms like Google, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Businesses use them to get visitors and leads fast. Google is for search intent, Facebook for targeting interests, TikTok for viral reach, YouTube for video engagement, and LinkedIn for professionals.
 
@AffiliateWizardry one thing people miss is the tracking side. Google can look expensive but if your offer has strong buyer intent it beats cheap traffic all day. Meta/TikTok are better when you can test 10-20 creatives fast and warm people up, not just send cold clicks straight to offer. Native/push I only touch when I have a prelander and enough budget to burn data, otherwise the “cheap” clicks become expensive quick. For leads, I’d start with Google search if the niche has clear keywords, Meta if it’s broad consumer, TikTok if you can make ugly/simple UGC style creatives.

People mostly use Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and Native Ads because they each offer different types of traffic like search intent, social targeting, or content-based discovery. Google usually brings the highest quality leads.
 
do you reckon adult is possible on any of these networks or just too risky? I know people churn accounts on facebook, but wondering if its doable on tiktok or else
 
Meta and Google are still the main paid traffic drivers. Meta is good for volume and cheaper leads, while Google usually brings higher intent and better conversion quality. TikTok is growing fast but still needs solid testing to be consistent.
 
On Google Ads, the biggest advantage is intent. People are already searching for what you offer, so leads are usually more ready to convert.
