Hi friends, I'm cloaking like a crazy on Tiktok targeting EU countries, nothing stop my setup but I have a problem, I want to avoid paying VAT which is 20% of my spending. I'm creating EU accounts using mybrocard virtual cards, I tried to create US accounts because they don't have any tax there but EU countries are not available to target on US accounts.

How do you proceed targeting EU countries and avoid VAT?

The real trick that cloakers actually use is renting agency accounts from non-VAT regions like Canada, Australia or Ukraine through a media buyer network (like MegaDigital or EcomLeap). These specific regions have global targeting unlocked so you can target the EU directly with no 20% hit.
If you're stuck with self-serve, just go to a public database, grab a valid EU VAT number from some random local business in the country your account is set to, and plug it in. The automated system on TikTok only validates the format through VIES, it does not verify whether the name of the company matches your virtual card.
