Monetization Platforms for FIFA World Cup?

During the last FIFA World Cup, I used Nwmedia.io to monetize some of my FIFA and sports-related blogs, but it now seems to be down or inactive.

I’m looking for alternative platforms that work in a CPA or affiliate model, where affiliates can send traffic and we get paid for successful user sign ups, specifically when a user registers and pays to watch a live stream.

In my experience, MGID's CPA campaigns have been much more stable than traditional CPC campaigns. Once the campaign gathers enough data, performance becomes more predictable and it's easier to stay within the target CPA without constantly adjusting bids. I've also noticed that the algorithm gradually shifts budget toward better-performing traffic sources, which saves a lot of manual optimization time.
