As a beginner, I do not want to spend too much money to test Telegram ad campaigns without proper knowledge but I also do not want to judge such campaigns with a small budget.

I'd start with a budget you're comfortable losing while you're still learning. Focus more on collecting enough data from a few well-structured tests rather than running lots of campaigns at once.

I think $10 is enough for testing telegram ads but it's really depending on the niche that you are on. some categories need more money to advertise and some needs very less like if you work on crypto, it's very expensive.

It is better not to judge telegram ads based on a very small budget. I can say that testing budget of around $100-$300 is usually enough to collect meaningful data and understand how the audience responds.

I would recommend testing at least 3-5 different campaigns or ad creatives . sometimes one campaign performs poorly while another targeting a slightly different audience performs much better.
