That's risky though because the algorithm will split it's initial seed test among all shorts so they'll have less views to build an engagement profile around each one.

if you are new, 1-3 good videos per week is fine. youtube care more about watch time than upload count

You can upload as many videos as you want on YouTube, but for steady growth, aim for 2 to 5 high quality videos per week and stay consistent rather than posting too much at once.

There is no weekly uploading limit, you can just upload 15 videos / day, but it decreases your reaching limit, you have to work on quality of video as well.

YouTube only sends a maximum of three push notifications per 24 hours to your subscribers. If you dump more than three videos a day, your uploads go completely invisible to your active fanbase. Keep it at a hard max of two highly optimized videos per day, spaced twelve hours apart, to fully exploit the notification system and maximize early CTR.

There is no limit to post. For post video you have to upload video first then use title,tags and description after that click on publish button. This is how you can post video on youtube
