Many LinkedIn growth guides recommend posting every day, while others argue that quality matters far more than frequency.

For those who have tested different posting schedules, did you notice better results from daily posting, a few times per week, or a completely different strategy? I'd love to hear some real experiences and observations

Daily posting really not worth but what you posting is really matters on linkedin because its not social media platform

From testing different schedules: 3-4x per week consistently outperforms daily in the long run on LinkedIn.

Here's why daily posting often backfires: LinkedIn's algorithm gives each post a "distribution window" of 24-48 hours. If you post again too soon, your new post competes with the previous one for the same audience. You split your own reach instead of building on it.

What actually matters more than frequency:

1. First-hour engagement — LinkedIn decides distribution in the first 60 minutes. If your post gets early likes/comments, it gets pushed wider. Post when your network is most active (usually Tue-Thu, 7-9am or 12-1pm in your timezone).

2. Comment replies — responding to every comment within the first 2 hours signals activity to the algorithm and keeps the post circulating longer.

3. Format rotation — text posts, carousels (PDF), and videos each reach different audience segments. Sticking to one format caps your reach.

4. Profile completion — LinkedIn actively suppresses posts from incomplete profiles. A full profile with a clear headline and about section is baseline.

Best schedule I've tested: 3 posts/week, each a different format, reply to all comments within 2 hours. More consistent results than daily posting with less effort.
There is literally no reason to copy and paste Ai replies

He can do that by himself if he needs for an Ai reply

From what most people notice, posting 3–5 times a week with good content usually works better than daily posting, because consistency + quality gets more engagement than just posting every day.

Daily posting increased impressions, but not necessarily leads or meaningful connections. Quality content drove most of the business results.

Daily posting worked wonders for me, but only because it forced me to stay top-of-mind. The key is keeping the posts short and conversational so you don't burn out.

If you can post every day do it. Just make sure you are delivering quality, if you want people to engage

A few times per week worked better for me than posting daily. Consistent, high-quality posts generated more engagement and meaningful conversations, while daily posting sometimes reduced reach and interaction. The key was sharing valuable content rather than focusing only on frequency.

Daily posting helped me stay visible, but not every post performed well. I got the best results when I focused on valuable content and posted several times per week.

I think frequency helps in the beginning because it gives you more opportunities to learn what resonates. However, long term growth seems to come from consistently delivering useful content, not just posting more often.

I used to post every day, but I didn’t find it very effective. Later, I started posting less frequently and focused on improving the quality of each post, which led to much better results. I also made an effort to connect and engage with more people, and over time, my posts began to receive significantly more attention.

Strong posts each week brought better engagement and more meaningful connections than posting every day with weaker content. So yeah quality matters the most

no
i post daily and i don't get traction
connection more important

Depends on the engagement on posts. if you posts are getting more likes and all...then it doesnt metter whether you are posting daily or weekly.

i tested daily for few weeks. got more impressions maybe, but leads not better. 3 good posts weekly worked better for me

Posting every day can help you stay visible and keep your audience engaged on LinkedIn. However, it's just as important to focus on the quality of your content consistent, valuable posts are far more effective than simply posting frequently.

its not proven posting daily works on linkedin, but making at least one post per day cannot possibly hurt. But avoid posting for the sake of making a post. If on a day you feel you have not content, dont force it
