it’s usually just a promo Pinterest gives to new ad accounts. Most of the time you need to set up billing and spend a bit first, then if your account is eligible the credit shows up automatically

new accounts sometimes get it in dashboard promo. other than that u need referral or official pinterest ads offer. no secret hack works reliably anymore

You need to be selected in order to get this. You can know if you're selected from the email that Pinterest sends you. Also you have to spend a little of your own money before getting the credit.
 
Typically Pinterest ad credits are official promos or partner offers. A promotional offer will not give you free $100.
 
I got it before from Shopify connect. Need new ad account with no old coupon. Not every country get it tho
