Running some tests and I can't isolate the landing page speed variable cleanly enough. Account has good historical data.
Page loads at 4.2 seconds on mobile (yes I know, working on it). Quality scores are 6/10 on most ad groups. Above average expected CTR, average ad relevance, below average landing page experience.
If I get the page to 2 seconds, realistically what QS improvement should I expect? And more importantly, what CPC reduction are we talking?
I know Google says landing page experience includes more than speed - content relevance, mobile friendliness, trustworthiness - but speed seems like the most actionable fix right now.
Anyone done before/after tests where speed was the primary change?
