So, since December, I've made about 16K with AI OnlyFans, which is nothing, to be honest, compared to some of the other guys that I talk to. And I'm just feeling stuck right now. My model was never really niched, which I know is crucial, but I still made it work. It was kind of slow at the start, but then after like month one, going into month two, the account just blew up. A couple of reels went viral and yeah, it just started going nuts.
I dealt with a lot of Instagram bans, which were fucking so annoying. I literally would have made 200K by now if I had my account still up and running, so I would literally start an account, build it up to 30K followers, get banned, start another account, build it up to 20K, banned again, made another account, got it up to 30K, banned. So I just got tired of that shit, so I stopped for a while, started focusing on other shit, and then I came back to OnlyFans in April, and I went viral at the very start. I got the account up to 50,000 followers. I made 7K in I think, three and a half weeks, which was really good. But yeah, I got banned again.
So, what I'm trying to figure out right now is the niching side of things, because my conversion rate is not that good. You might think all these numbers are well and good, but I know some guys that are making fucking 50K per month, and they're consistently going viral, and just, yeah, they're niched like fuck. As long as I've been in this business, I know what niching is, but I don't really fucking know what actually drives the conversion rate, What I'm saying is, some people get a million views and they make 10K, but other people get a million views and they make $300. No one subscribes. I'm trying to nail that down. I'm trying to figure out why the fuck this happens.
I'm making another AI model today, and I really want this to fucking go well because I wanna clean the fuck up. I'm not messing around this time. I just need to dial in what makes people actually convert. Is it curiosity? Is it making a model that's so unique and doesn't really give that much away on the surface, so people are wondering what the fuck she looks like behind the scenes? You know, they have that want. They have that need and desire to actually see more of your model. They can't help it.
I have an IG model, my current one, the one that I made 16K with, and I literally had 60 followers three days ago. Now I have 8,500. I don't really have a problem with marketing, but of those 500K views absolutely nobody subbed, whats going wrong lol

the gap between the 1M views 10k guy and the 1M views 300 guy is rarely the content, it's what happens in the first ten minutes after the click. niche fixes intent: a niched model pre-filters who clicks, generic baddie traffic clicks out of boredom and bounces. then it's the close: most people who ever pay do it within minutes of landing, if your funnel parks them on a free page and waits for them to wander back, they cool off and never return. and people don't subscribe out of curiosity, they pay when one specific thing they want is in front of them right now. so before building the new model, map what actually happens to a fan step by step from reel to first dollar. where do yours land when they click, straight to the OF page or something in between?

Because it's Instagram, I have to use a bridge page. This is not a link.me page or anything like that because I don't really trust them. Instagram could easily say one day that every fucking model that's using link.me is gonna be banned. So I vibe coded my own landing page, which has a link there to Fanvue, And yeah, this funnel has worked for me in the past. Like one problem I have now is that I actually have to label my Instagram "AI creator" Well, I don't have to, but it helps with not getting banned. The conversion rate is obviously definitely gonna be lower, but if that means my account can stay up, fuck it. I'm just gonna have to eat it. But yeah, they hit a landing page. This landing page has a big image of the model that says, click here, and text me.
Also, another reason that I have multiple things on my bridge page, it's not just an image of this model that says, click here and text me. I also have a link to the private Telegram, I have a link to her TikTok, and I have a link to her wish list. Now, I know having all of these things is friction, but at the end of the day, I did this for a reason. It's so when an Instagram crawler clicks on my link, it shows all these other social media things as well to kind of blend in with other creators that have this stuff. It's not just a link that only contains links to porn, if you know what I mean. So that's why I have this. Do you think I should redo this landing page and specifically just have the image with her there that says click here to text me, and the only thing being linked is the fan view?

yeah i'd strip it. the blend-in logic isn't wrong but you're paying for crawler camouflage with human conversion, and the human is the one with the wallet. every extra link is a fork in the road and most warm clicks take the wrong one or just freeze. you can still look legit to a crawler with the tiktok and wishlist stuff small and below the fold, but the first screen should be one move only, her face and "text me here".

the bigger thing though is fanvue itself. a subscribe page is passive, it waits for them to decide. 500k views and zero subs isn't a traffic problem, it's that you handed a hot lead a form instead of a conversation. the guys doing 50k a month aren't closing on the page, they're closing in the dm in the first few messages, one specific thing the fan wants put in front of him right then.

so when they tap "text me", where does that actually land right now, a chat someone answers fast, or just the fanvue page hoping she subscribes?

The key to conversion is the funnel itself and what happens after someone subscribes.

I've seen viral accounts with hundreds of thousands of impressions fail to convert, and I've seen accounts with relatively modest reach generate tens of thousands because they knew how to handle the traffic they did get and how to maximize the value of their whales.

The first thing I'd look at is the link flow from Instagram. Does the landing page open directly inside Instagram's built-in browser, or does it open in the user's default browser? If users aren't already logged in, or don't have their payment information saved in the browser where the page opens, many of them will simply give up out of convenience and move on to someone else.

The placement of the link on the landing page also makes a huge difference. Your subscription page should be the very first thing visitors see. If your landing provider allows video instead of a static image, that's another small detail that seems insignificant but, in my experience, noticeably improves conversion rates.

After that, the monetization model matters as well. Is the account subscription-based, or is it free with PPV monetization?

And then there's chatting. Chatting is everything. Nobody who's already in a buying mood wants to wait four hours for a first response. They'll often find someone else who can "help them with their problem" and forget about you entirely.

There are a lot of moving parts, but in my experience, the biggest gains usually come from optimizing the funnel and post-subscription experience rather than focusing exclusively on getting more traffic.

16k and stuck almost never means the reels, it means the chat. the reach already proved it works, the leak is everything past the subscribe button. niching isn't for the algo, it's so the chat runs one stable persona instead of contradicting itself fan to fan. and most people leave whales totally unmanaged, three or four guys carry the month and nobody's even tagged them. what does your post-sub flow look like right now, is anyone actually steering it or is it pure reactive?

I’ve reviewed your situation. It seems you have a large following but low conversion rates; this could be due to operational issues or a poor customer experience. You might want to analyze these aspects to see if that helps improve results.

everyone's right it's the funnel but that's usually where the advice stops. the two levers that actually move it: speed to first message, a bought sub goes cold in literally minutes if nobody opens the convo, and the ppv ladder, most people lead with the expensive unlock instead of teasing then a cheap unlock then escalating once he's already spending. you're basically training him to buy in small steps. what's your current time to first dm after someone subscribes?

The moment customers realise they're talking to AI, you've already lost.
Customer experience wins.

if the traffic side is producing results but monetization isn't scaling proportionally, I'd spend more time auditing the post-click experience than the acquisition side.

a lot of operators naturally focus on getting more traffic because it's visible and measurable, but the biggest gains often come from improving conversion and retention after the click.

growth bottlenecks tend to move. once traffic is working, the next constraint is usually somewhere deeper in the funnel.

the tell isnt that its ai, its that its bad. a bored human copy-pasting scripts loses the sub just as fast. what keeps him paying is someone actually reacting to his last message instead of firing the next canned line. most ai chat flops because its set-and-forget, not because its ai. you steering the openers or fully hands off?

Hey bro, I want to get started with OFM AI. Could you give me some advice? Are you in a community of people who make money from this?

My guess is your IG content gives away too much for free. if people already saw the best stuff on the reel, why pay? Keep the grid PG, but drop little teases in Stories. direct DMs work too. A quick "hey" from the model's account can pull a lot.

Also I wonder when you get banned, what's your actual process for starting over? curious about your workflow
