So i lost all motivation for me to do any work, i lost motivation for all my goals and dreams and i even have doubts about them if this what i want really ? i don't know what is going on, or if im just burned out and maybe i need abreak, please how are you dealing with this?

Take a break and do the things you enjoy. Start waking up a little early and work out. Check your vit D and testosterone levels, most probably you might be low on vit D. Vit D supplement and Ashwagandha seems to do a wonderful job in my case.

All of these things help me a lot when I am feeling low.

Because money isn't everything. It doesn't lead to happiness.

Wealth does if you can get there, but not money.

Wealthy people are happy because they have freedom. Rich people are sometimes happy, but they are slaves. Some are happy slaves, but they're still slaves.

Better to be poor and free than a rich slave.

Find what you love in life first, then, when you regain your energy, look at channeling that energy to make money.

You *will not* make money from a place of depression/lack. At least not without so much energy it'll cause you to burn out.

I was poor until I stopped chasing money. I just decided I'd enjoy what I had. A good night's sleep. Waking up in the morning and enjoying the sun. Walking. Reading.

Once I stopped chasing money, I was able to easily earn.

It's cliche, but it's the truth.

Give yourself permission to fully rest without calling it laziness. Start stupidly small when you come back, like 10 minutes of work, and naturally rebuilds mometum.

lol I spend money.

Create more debt.

I wake the fuck up.

Pause. Eventually you'll come up with an idea. As soon as you have one, start brainstorming. Start typing all of your ideas on a note, even if it's late night. You will thank yourself when you wake up.

Think about the feeling of having complete freedom. This will snap you awake and into having a positive mindset moving forward.

Classic burnout, man. I hit that wall too when grinding video editing all day. Best thing you can do is completely unplug for 48 hours. Go hit the gym or touch some grass. When you come back, just do one stupidly small task to rebuild momentum. Don't push it

Donate some to needy. If you visit the homes where there are actually needy people, you will get a reason to earn more to support more such families.

But do not be harsh on yourself doing this. Like, you should enjoy on weekends. I do not mean parties here, may be a picnic with old friends and family.

Also, the key to what I said is to find your real self. Find your grounding.

You specifically should be looking for happiness in simple things.

When you teach yourself you can be happy with nothing(and you can, believe me. VERY happy), then you become extremely powerful and can make as much money as you want.

You need a vacation. Health always comes first, no goals or projects are worth ruining your mental health over .The work will still be here when you get back

Break at the Beach or with the Family. After a break you will get motivation believe me.

This is a good one I totally agree. I follow this train of thought.

English:

Omg, It sounds like classic, severe burnout paralyzing your system, and the best way to handle it is to completely step away from the keyboard for a few days to let your mind reset, because you can't logically evaluate your lifelong dreams while operating on an empty emotional tank
