Lately I’ve been noticing that smaller GEOs (like Tier-3 countries) sometimes bring in more stable conversions than the usual big Tier-1 markets. Has anyone else seen this trend? Do you think it’s worth focusing on less competitive GEOs long-term?

No no and no. Does not work. Tier 3 don't have purchasing power. They hardly buy anything online. There leads, calls are worthless due to same reason. Don't waste your time with tier 3 traffic. Network with bot traffic promote this high converting tier 3 traffic. It's a marketing stunt don't fall for it.
Focus on tier 1 and tier 2, tier 2 only if you are multilingual or know how to work with foreign languages.

Yeah, that’s an interesting observation, and I think you’re onto something. Smaller or Tier-3 GEOs can sometimes offer more stable conversions, especially if they have lower competition. While big Tier-1 markets are often saturated and have higher costs (CPC, CPA), smaller markets might not have the same level of ad spend driving prices up, so you get better efficiency for your budget. Plus, you might be able to reach an audience that is less targeted and therefore more receptive.

My experience: Tier-1 brings hype, Tier-3 brings stability, depends if you want flash or slow burn

Yeah, Tier-3 traffic can convert better sometimes because competition is lower and costs are cheaper, definitely worth testing long-term.

IM Dude is right for most verticals, wrong for crypto. In SEA and LATAM people use exchanges to move money and hedge local currency, not speculate. That's a real use case, and Gate/MEXC know it, their affiliate programs pay out on those GEOs for a reason.

Just check the CPA floors first. A lot of programs quietly set lower payouts for non-Tier-1 and the margin advantage disappears.
