I'm looking for an experienced Shopify expert to investigate a very specific conversion problem.

Target audience: Women 45-65 (USA)
Traffic source: Meta Ads

What has already been checked:

Interesting observations:
Visitors frequently read shipping information and refund policy
Many visitors add to cart and start checkout
Ads receive likes, shares and engagement
Multiple visitors reach checkout but do not purchase
What I'm looking for:

I am NOT looking for someone to rebuild my store.
I am looking for someone experienced with Shopify CRO, Meta Ads traffic, checkout optimization and technical troubleshooting who can investigate why this funnel is producing:
