Posting your services randomly as a newbie will get your account banned instantly, so the straight answer is no, you can't. If you want to sell here, spend time commenting and sharing tips to build reputation first. Later, when you have some budget, pay to upgrade to a vip account and open an official marketplace thread to sell safely and gain more trust.

Use BHW to learn, network, and build credibility first. If you’ve got a real service or program, spend time in the discussions, read the newbie guide, and only move into selling once you understand the rules and have the right account status.

You have just joined. Engage on the forum. Build some sort of authority. You can giveaway your programs for people to use them and give you some feedback. If you receive good feedback you can then upgrade your account and sell your services.
