I was using protonmail since now but the email got closed due the spam and unusaul activity (SPAM)

Which other providers is better then protonmail to use as mail inbox and that doesnt affect the account to be closed

Personal use, spamming with other smtp and getting replies to my email (costum domain)

Either you continue with that
Or just get a custom email for yourself,
There are not so many email providers like proton
