Is it not recommended to upload videos on TikTok from PC?

Not really, I've been posting from a PC since the beginning of building this TikTok, and it's exactly the same as from a phone
 
Sir, You can there is no issue . You can upload video by phone or pc both no restriction from TikTok authority sides.
 
I've uploaded from PC plenty of times and never had an issue because of that. If you're stuck at 0 or 300 views, it's usually the account or the content, not the PC upload itself.
 
Doesn't really matter which device you use to upload and post. Depends on the content quality, account trust, audience engagement and tiktok algo. Low views are more often related to content performance signals and engagement metrics than the device used for uploading.
 
I upload from PC sometimes and it works fine. No issue in my case, just make sure video quality is good.
 
300 view jail isn't real imo, either you get views or you don't. If you can get 300 views then you can go viral, just need to have the right content

So, if you're still getting about 300 views, then you are definitey at a 300 view plateau stage and not at a zero view This is because if you get zero views, it means there is some problem with either the app itself or your accoun

I've uploaded plenty of videos from PC and never noticed any direct penalty. If a video gets stuck at low views, it's usually more about the content, engagement, or account history than the upload device.
 
I do not believe PC upload affects performance. If a video goes 0 views or viral, it’s usually content related, not device related.
 
You can upload TikTok videos using a computer; it won't affect video quality or views. If your view count is low, you should review your video content.
