After running an AI creator agency for the past couple of years, I've pivoted to a real-creator OFM operation and we're past the validation phase. The internal side (chatting, content production, partner CPL pipeline) is dialed in and consistently profitable. What I'm looking to externalize now is organic social acquisition, where I'd rather pay competent people than spread my own time thin.
What I'm looking for:
A traffic team or operator who can take over end-to-end management of organic social channels (Reddit, IG, X/TikTok depending on what the team specializes in) for 1 or 2 of our mid-tier creators as a controlled pilot. If results validate, we expand to the rest of the active roster on month 3-4.
This is operational, not consulting. I'm not paying for a strategy deck. I want hands on keyboards, accounts being grown, fans being driven to OF pages.
Scope per creator:
Open to two structures, your preference:
Escrow available for the first cycle, both sides. I'm not chasing the cheapest; I'm chasing the team that can show me real attribution data on past clients.
KPIs we'll track from day one:

Scope per creator:
- Account setup, verification and warming where needed
- Content adaptation and scheduling from material we provide (We're also happy to accommodate custom requests in this area if there's anything we can do to better support your workflow and help you get the most out of it)
- Daily engagement and posting cadence
- Tracked link attribution per channel
- Weekly reporting on KPIs below
Open to two structures, your preference:
- Retainer + performance: monthly fixed fee per creator + 10% of attributable revenue above an agreed baseline. Lower risk for both sides.
- Pure rev share: 25% of attributable creator revenue, no fee. You absorb more risk in exchange for upside, if you're confident you can deliver real results, this option might be more interesting for you.
Escrow available for the first cycle, both sides. I'm not chasing the cheapest; I'm chasing the team that can show me real attribution data on past clients.
KPIs we'll track from day one:
- Attributable subs delivered per channel
- Free-to-paid conversion of those subs
- 30-day ARPU on delivered subs
- Effective CPL = total spend / net paying subs
What I expect from your reply:
- Anonymized case studies with actual numbers (sub volumes, ARPU ranges, conversion rates) from past OFM clients
- Which channel(s) you specialize in and why
- Your team size and how work is distributed
- Realistic ramp-up timeline (weeks 1-4 vs steady state)
- Your preferred commercial structure and why
Not interested in:
- Subscriber farms or guaranteed-sub services
- Bot networks, mass account creation, anything that burns the OF accounts
- Resold Fiverr services
