Great question — Reddit has strict and evolving anti-spam systems, so knowing how to throttle your posting activity is key to keeping your accounts alive, especially for gray/blackhat promotions like gambling.

I usually keep it to 3-5 posts per day per account, spread out every 2-3 hours. Been running fine for months that way.

reddit’s pretty chill if you drop like 3 to 5 posts a day and wait around 30 mins between each. don’t spam or post too fast
 
I usually just post 2 or 3 times a day, and it's always worked fine for me-never had any problems.
 
On Facebook specifically I have noticed that the age of the account matters more than the daily post count. Older accounts can push way more without issues. For fresh accounts I keep it under 3 a day but even that is not guaranteed safe.
 
Reddit doesn't have an official hard limit, but their spam filter is brutal. For a safe bet, cap it at 2-3 post/day
 
there is no exact safe number but i try not to post too much too quickly.
for newer accounts, a few posts a day with some gap between them is usually safer.
i also spend some time commenting and interacting with other users which seems to help keep the account looking natural.

i would say it depends on the age of the account, amount of karma it has also how naturally you are participating in different communities.
 
From my experience, posting too much too fast gets attention. I keep decent gap between posts and mix browsing/comments too.
 
Stick to 1 or 2 posts a day if the account is fresh, spread them out by a few hours and don't just dump links in one subreddit, reddit’s spam filters are aggressive, so you need to act like a real person by leaving comments and upvoting stuff too.

For new account 2-3 posts a day are okay. For old account you can post 10-15 a day (there is no problem). Try to write post by yourself not ai
 
as a beginner, i do not think there is a specific number of posts which is safe for each account because different platforms and communities might have different expectations.
