Looking for an experienced outreach specialist (India/Big Tech focus)

I am looking for an experienced outreach specialist to communicate with staff members at major tech companies (specifically India-based teams).
The core task is live communication and making real phone calls. I need someone who knows how to talk to people, understands human psychology, and can reach the right individuals while bypassing standard support channels.

What is critically important:

• Deep understanding of Indian English: You must be able to understand them clearly and build rapport effectively.
• Communication Skills: No reading from scripts. You need to be flexible, think on your feet, and lead the conversation to achieve the goal.
• Outreach/Cold Calling Experience: You understand what a "cold" contact is and don't give up after a few rejections.

This is a results-based role. Payment structure: Base fee + high-value bonuses for every successful outcome.
