A simpler option is to buy an account from the US. Many sellers have accounts with a history of use.

If I were u I would not buy accounts u never know the history and it can cause problems down the line. I would rather create a new account use it as normal, fill out the profile, and build trust over time. It does take more patience, but it is usually a safer and more reliabble way than trying to find shortcuts.
