I want to reach the English market, but I don't speak English 100%.

My service is: I guarantee a 30-50% reduction in the cost per click on Google search.

The thing is, I only do this for English keywords, so my target market is English-speaking Tier 1 countries.

My problem is that my spoken English isn't good enough for creating video content.

I have experience creating viral content in my language; I know how to do it, but... how can I use my experience to reach the English-speaking market?

The ideas I'm considering are, recording the content in my language:

1. Using HeyGen to translate my videos and uploading them to social media. Here, I'm concerned that the algorithms would treat my videos as AI-generated and limit their reach.

2. Uploading them in my language and having Instagram translate them. Here, my concern is whether this would limit my reach since I would be posting from my non-English-speaking country (the EU). I don't know if I could train my Instagram and YouTube accounts to show my videos in Tier 1 countries somehow, using hashtags or other methods.

Don’t worry too much about country or hashtags. What matters is if people watch and stay on your video. Use your same viral ideas, just put simple English voice on top (doesn’t need to be perfect) or use AI voice if it sounds natural. If viewers in US/UK like and watch it, the platform will start showing it to more people there.

Maybe you could partner up with a local at your country who knows english well enough and you give him/her a cut from your profit. Alternatively you can use chatgpt to translate your content.

You honestly don’t need perfect English to reach the English market anymore. A lot of successful creators, founders, and marketers are non-native speakers. What matters much more today is clarity, value, positioning, and whether your content connects with people.

One thing that usually works better is keeping your English simple and natural instead of trying to sound overly advanced. Clear communication often performs better than perfect grammar, and tools like ChatGPT, Grammarly, DeepL, and AI voice tools can help a lot while you improve over time.

I also don’t think AI translation automatically hurts reach anymore. Platforms are already filled with AI-assisted content. So, viewer retention, watch time, engagement, and authenticity matter far more than the tool itself. If the content feels useful and natural, you can still build a strong English-speaking audience over time.

That is not a big problem now honestly. many people target english audience using AI tools for writing, scripts and translations. you can use AI translation subtitles first and focus more on good content. many creators grow in englsih market even without perfect spoken english now.

Start with simple tools like ChatGPT for writing, focus on clear short content, and improve English gradually while you publish consistently.

Consider hiring an english content writer on platforms like Fiverr or upwork. Its much better than using auto translators, what might seem realistic to you easily comes off as awkward to a native english speaker

IG nowadays offer auto-translate (even if you record your video in local language, it will be automatically translated both sub and dub).

If that's not the case, you can just make an AI copy of your voice on Elevenlabs. Use it to generate all of the speech for your videos. In the videos you can just use whiteboard, paper, or whatever else for showing or explaining your concepts.

I wouldn’t suggest rely on Instagram auto-translate if your target is Tier 1 English markets. The content may be understandable, but it won’t feel native enough for trust, especially when you sell a B2B service.
Another option is to keep your face/content strategy, but hire a native English voiceover or editor. You already know how to make content; you just need the English packaging to feel natural.
You can also create local accounts using IP or SIM, as the platform's traffic distribution inherently includes geographic allocation.

Honestly, I think you're focusing on the wrong problem. Plenty of people successfully market to English speaking audiences without being native English speakers. I'd be much more concerned about whether the content demonstrates real expertise than whether the accent is perfect.

If you already know how to create viral content, I'd test translated content before spending months trying to improve spoken English. Most viewers care about the value they're getting. If you're showing real Google Ads results, account audits, CPC reductions, and case studies, that matters far more than sounding like a native speaker.

I'd also avoid assuming that posting from a non English speaking country will automatically limit your reach. I've seen creators from all over the world build large English speaking audiences. The language of the content, viewer engagement, and topic relevance seem to matter much more than where the account is located.

Personally, I'd run a simple experiment. Publish 20 to 30 translated videos, track watch time and engagement, and let the data tell you whether the language barrier is actually the problem. You might find it's much smaller than you think.

Posting from the EU won't completely kill your Tier 1 reach, but the algorithm naturally tests videos locally first.
