I have a channel that specializes in reviewing movies (from pirated movie websites), or reviewing funny and sexy videos on YouTube, etc.
My process is: I watch the video -> I add my own commentary and insert an AI voiceover. My channel has had to appeal twice because YouTube disabled monetization for reusing content. The first appeal was successful, but the second was unsuccessful. Is there any way I can prevent this content reuse error in the future?
Although the RPM for this type of content is very low, only $0.1/1000 views, the number of views is very large, so I don't want to give up.
I would like to hear some helpful advice from you all.

The channels I see surviving longer usually put more effort into analysis than summarizing

From my 2 years of youtube experience, I suggest using older videos for editing when possible. If you can find videos from the 80s or 90s related to your niche and use in your video, Also, avoid using long clips from one video. Usually use very short clips (around 5–7 seconds) from different parts or different videos, and then add your own commentary, editing, effects, and storytelling to make it more original. There is no guaranteed way to avoid youtube reused content issues, but the more original value you add, the better your chances of staying monetized.

If YouTube flags your content as being used twice, the problem might be that the added value isn't clear enough. Simply adding AI voiceovers and a few short comments is often insufficient. You should increase the proportion of analytics, personal commentary, and appearances using your own voice or image to make your content more creative and unique
Your words are very reasonable, but this type of content is also difficult to analyze in more detail because it would result in repetitive images.

YouTube is cracking down on AI voiceovers for recapped content because it lacks a human touch. To fix this, you must ditch the AI voice and record your own commentary to prove editorial value. Also, visual reuse is the real killer. you need to change the frame layout, add frequent transitions, and include your own reaction overlays. If the original footage remains too prominent, the system will keep flagging it. Stop relying on automated edits if you want to keep the channel alive.
