I want to warn about potential issues with ivno.io.
Here is the situation:
A client paid $150 for a service.
In the system, the payment was marked as completed, and after fees the amount shown was $132 (USDC).
However:
  • the funds did not arrive in my balance/wallet
  • the transaction entry disappeared from the interface
  • the webhook also shows status completed, but:
    • x=None(no incoming transaction)
Support response:
“It seems your customer mistakenly sent payment to a wrong address. We haven’t received this payment yet, couldn’t find it in our logs”
This explanation raises serious concerns for the following reasons:
  • If the payment is processed through the system, the client does not manually enter the address — it is generated automatically. Therefore, if funds were sent to a “wrong address”, the transaction would not be linked to the order, and a webhook with completed status would not be triggered.
  • The system already displayed $132 USDC after deducting the fee, which implies that the payment was processed internally.
  • In fact, those $132 were sent to another wallet (USDC) rather than remaining “unreceived”.
At this point, it appears that the funds were processed by the system but ended up being sent to the wrong destination.

Draw your own conclusions.

Were you refunded? They must have refunded or processed the transaction eventually. I have been using Ivno for over 2 years now and I never had any issue with my payouts with five websites connected using their WooCommerce plugin.
But there seems to be an issue with their upstream server this month, which may have resulted in what you described but they fixed that within 48 hours quite recently. By the way my business is black hat involving peptitides, vape, IPTV, nude and other sub-niches in adult.

So this is a scam platform, it's not even listed in any reviews.

Kinda feels like their story has more holes than Swiss cheese. If their system auto generates the payout address, blaming you for a wrong one sounds off. I’d grab screenshots of everything and push them again, maybe even ask for a TX hash so they can prove what they claim. If they can’t give that, it says a lot about how they run things.

Feels like one of those moments where the left hand swears it knows what the right hand did, but the receipt vanished into the void. I’d grab every bit of proof you have screenshots, webhook logs, timestamps and push support to check their internal ledger, not just the public dashboard. If others are seeing the same thing, a pattern tends to get taken more seriously once it’s all lined up.

That platform’s support has given me a headache before too, so you’re not alone. I always double-check the transaction hash and screenshot every step, just in case things go south. Sharing those receipts with support sped things up for me once, so it might help turn their “maybe” into a proper investigation. If you can get chat logs and timestamps together, it gives your claim more ammo.
