No, you can’t directly sell software tools in the Black Hat Tools section. If you plan to sell a tool, you’ll need to go through the Marketplace and then comply with the forum’s seller requirements. That Tools section is mostly for discussion, swapping ideas, and reviews, not for merchandise.
