Try this
Elastic Email
This tool automatically helps you to avoid duplicate addresses. It has an advanced algorithm that allows you to find invalid emails.
Sendinblue
It helps you to manage your customer using your current CRM. You can use this tool to set up the design, engagement, and delivery of transactional messages.

Own SMTP Server = More control, cheaper, but needs setup & tech skills.
WarmupSMTP/Mailchimp = Easy to use, reliable deliverability, but more expensive.

Use your own SMTP with tools like SendGrid, SMTPwire, or dedicatedsmtpserver if you want full control and cost savings.

Hello Guys! I need help on bulk email marketing software with high inbox rate. I was able to extract some email addresses and I need bulk email marketing software that I can use to send messages to these emails (I KNOW IT’S SPAMMING).

I have tried SENDINBLUE and some others but they tried validating the list and asked me to provide my opt-in page (I don’t have this because I just scraped and extracted targeted emails from FB group, etc)

What I need now, is a bulk emailing software that will allow me send messages to a list I uploaded without questioning me or trying to validate the list.

I read about SENDBLASTER and I want to ask if it can do this for me. If there are other services you know, please tell me. I appreciate your responses.

GRACIAS!!!
Most bulk email tools won’t allow scraped lists anymore — that’s why they force validation.
If you really want good results, warm up the domain, clean the list, and send slowly.
That alone improves inboxing way more than switching software.

Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) is widely regarded as one of the best bulk‑email marketing services thanks to its drag‑and‑drop editor, automation, CRM and SMS integration ideal for small businesses.

Are there any of these type of services that are free or extremely cheap but still offer a decent amount of customers/emails?

Best option is to build your own servers and send from mailwizz. Use multiple ips, domains and servers in case you get banned.

Honest answer: every legit ESP (Sendinblue, Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.) is going to bounce you the moment they validate the list, because scraped-list deliverability is precisely what their spam team is paid to keep off their IPs. Your real bottleneck isn't the software — it's sender reputation. The path that survives is your own SMTP infrastructure (PMTA or Postal on a VPS, dedicated IPs you warm yourself over 4-6 weeks, SPF/DKIM/DMARC properly configured), running through Mautic or Listmonk for the campaign UI. Inbox rate on a scraped cold list with that setup is realistic 8-15% to inbox, the rest go to spam regardless of how perfect your tech is — that's just how the email ecosystem scores cold scraped lists. If you actually need inbox to be the metric, you need warmer outreach (LinkedIn-scraped CEOs with personalized lines, not list blasting), which is a different game.

You can install MailWizz, Mautic, Sendy or a dozen other tools in an afternoon but none of them magically make scraped email lists perform well. Scraped email lists by definition don't perform well, as they are not tuned on your product, don't know it, nor they know you as a brand. A small to mediocre list who actually signed up and know you will always outperform a huge scraped list.

Isn't there a way to test the validity of an email prior to sending? That would buffer against this somewhat wouldn't it?

for Bulk Mailing you need AWS SES but you need to validate the mails beforehand.

tool barely matters past basics, infra does. real bottleneck breakdown:
opt-in: sendgrid/postmark/SES all fine, SES cheapest at $0.10/1k if u handle bounces yourself. ramp 500 day 1, double every 2 days, fresh domains get silently throttled if u jump volume.
cold/scraped: dont touch any reputable esp, account dies in 48hrs. own infra only — mautic on $5 hetzner vps + 4-6 sender domains rotating across smtp2go/interserver/elasticemail. ~$80/mo for 50-80k/day capacity.
4 things that actually move inbox 20→70%: list cleaning ($3/1k via millionverifier, scraped lists are 30% trash), 3-4 week warmup BEFORE first real send (lemwarm/warmup-inbox $20-30/mo), spintax in subject + first 2 lines (gmail hashes identical bodies = promotions tab after 500 sends), and DMARC at p=quarantine minimum (90% skip this thinking dkim+spf enough).
wasted $400 on lemlist + $600 on instantly chasing "magic tool" before realizing infra + clean list = 70%, tool switching = 5
