Is it possible to boost post using SMM panel?

It can give a little boost but you need organic likes and retweet.

But in most cases it doesn’t help long term growth, because platforms care more about real engagement like watch time, saves etc.. but yeah it helps to boost post

Shadow banning is a myth. If it wasn't people would be spamming competitor accounts to get them shadow banned all day

Why is nobody doing that? I wonder if the algorithm knows when somebody else is doing it to a competitor's page, and when the owner is loading it themselves.

You know from experience, I've once worked with a team that focused on doing this to a competitor in the preset niche on Instagram, they were hoping that the page, 700k followers as of then, would be taken down for receiving over 100k and above no-refill fake followers each day, but after a couple of attempts, the page ended up getting verified by Instagram, that was when the team stopped attacking the page, this was more than 8 years ago.

Exactly. Paid engagement can help a post look active, but if nobody clicks, saves, watches, or replies naturally, it usually stalls. I look at panel boosts as social proof, not a replacement for content or ads.

Yes but they will be only a vanity metric, because in subsequent posts the audience will not engage (the traffic will be bots offered by the SMM panels).

Of course it would boost the post, both in terms of how X views it, and how people that land on it view it.
Especially in terms of that "social currency", people seeing a post with 0 likes/retweets/comments won't be much inspired to check it out and like it, retweet and comment on it.
But if you have some numbers, even just a little bit, then in peoples eyes it's much more trustworthy

It can help give your post some initial momentum and social proof, but you should not depend on it alone. According to me, panel engagement works best when combined with good content. If real users are not interacting with the post after that, the boost usually does not last very long.

SMM panels gives you the possibility to add "FAKE" engagement not for getting organic conversions, because all their IPs and accounts are already in gray list of social media platforms (it was working though on youtube until 2018-2019, but not anymore)...
Those fake engagements are made to make people who see your ads believe that the product is socially approved and that make them more likely to convert/subscribe.
The direct answer to your question: no, not even a little, more likely is to get a negative effect than possitive.
THE ONLY BUT IS: If you have individual accounts and botfarm that are working to create very similar behaviour to real people. In that case the "fake" boost will be highly effective, especially for search/shares/likes/saves/comments.
But imagine that the same accounts are being used by hundreds of people daily.
