ManyChat is still the safest bet if you want keyword comment -> DM without babysitting it. IAM/InstantDM can work too, but I’ve seen more random hiccups with delivery and account connection. Main thing is don’t set it up like mass blast, keep the first DM simple and let them tap a button/keyword again before sending more... IG gets weird when the flow looks spammy.

Just looked at the tools mentioned. most of them seem overkill for what you're trying to do. you're looking for something to trigger on specific keywords and send a dm. for that level of automation and control, building something custom with an api is probably more efficient and less prone to overcomplication. it'll also run way cleaner on any server, no bloat

Not gonna lie, I always assumed that was built into some CRM somewhere 
Manychats. (Though only for a few accounts. For mass accounts this might not be suitable.)
