Their service is terrible. They claim to have completed a non-functional service, and they simply say it's complete without any explanation. I have proof. Show proof that the work was completed.

All necessary information was clearly provided to the customer both before and after the order was placed.
Additionally, I have submitted all conversation screenshots to BHW for review.
The customer is requesting a refill for drops that are not related to our service, and even claims a drop of 1,000 followers on an order of only 900 followers, which is not technically possible.
Moreover, in our conversation, the customer explicitly confirmed that the service was working fine for their other orders placed with us.
