Posting Frequency Impact on TikTok

From what I can tell on TikTok, it’s either completely absurd or a pretty unusual trend. The standard trends you see on Instagram don’t really work there. Or maybe something really creative is catching on too

I agree. A couple of high quality videos a day usually beats posting lots of average ones.
Strong hooks, retention and consistency matter most.

As per my observation, posting frequency still matters, but quality is more important. Posting multiple times a day can increase your changes of reaching new viewers, but low quality content usually won't perform well consistently. A balanced approach seem to work best is post regularly while focusing on creating content that people actually watch, engage with and share.
 
Posting frequency can increase opportunities for reach, but growth comes from content people actually watch and engage with. Quality should come first.
 
quality definitely wins now bro, the 2026 algorithm kills videos instantly if your watch time and completion rate are low.
 
I think consistency matters more than just posting a high number of videos. Uploading a lot probably won't help much if the content quality starts dropping
 
Both work, but consistency matters more than posting a lot I’ve seen accounts grow with 1 good video a day more than spam posting multiple times.
 
If you can’t consistently produce high-quality content, then don’t post too frequently. The algorithm may lower your account’s overall authority if it detects too much low-quality or spam-like content.
