Just over the last month or so all of the VCC websites I've been using have been slowly shutting down, losing BINs and now it's nearly impossible to find a USA VCC provider.

e.pn, bingcard.com, spend.net, uncash.io just to name a few have lost all of their BINs or are shutting down.

What is happening? Some regulatory pressure? What are you using now?

From an article I read a few days ago, I came to know that regulators are nowadays heavily scrutinizing Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) relationships, and now legally holding sponsor banks directly responsible for the actions of their fintech partners.
So, lately, many banks have been terminating their relationships with fintechs, thereby directly impacting VCC providers as well.

I am in the same situation I was using spend.net , then e.pn now I was wondering if I should try pst.net.

This. It's happening everywhere.

Anything risky these days is being shut down. Card processors are becoming more strict.

Respectable companies like payeer were shut down and then rugpulled on everyone in the process :(

Yea...we had it tough too
Main issue is the the global standing order on kyc
Kyc now beyound just IDs
You need your entire data to make cards this days

More ways to make it difficult for consumers, more methods for payment processors to hold funds on us. That's all they're doing.

Yet, it would seem you guys overcame the regulatory capture?

Yeah man, I've been seeing the same thing. Feels like every week someone else's go-to VCC site either loses its BINs or just shuts down completely.

From what I've gathered, it's a mix of things. Visa/Mastercard have been cracking down on prepaid BINs hard — especially the ones that were clearly being used for high-risk stuff. Some issuers probably got cut off, and others are just shutting down before they get fined or blacklisted.

I’m using Adpos right now, and I haven’t really run into that issue yet.

I experienced the same too and been wondering why until I read that regulations are becoming more strict on vcc issuers that many could not meet
