hi, i have a multibrand casino websites, the main website is example.com and then i have the Mirrors of it for each country for example: example-y1.com, example-y2.com or example.co.uk for different locations.
in some of our website the user get Notifications abuse - the error says "Notifications blocked", Notifications from this site may be disruptive Allow/Continue blocking

the other error some of the websites marked as phishing on GSC..

all of the websites build with same template and technology, just brandname and seo meta data, logo etc are different..

any ideas how to solved this issue?

Thanks!

I think two different issues here so let me split them.
The notifications abuse error, this usually happens when your push notification code is too aggressive. browser flags it when sites ask for notification permission immediately on page load without any user interaction first. fix it first and see if the issue resolve.

The phishing warning in GSC, this is more serious. google safe browsing flagged those specific domains. most common reasons for casino mirror sites: your template has a shared script or third party code that got flagged on another site using the same code. since all your mirrors use the same template, one bad script infects all of them. check every third party script running on the flagged domains. also submit a review request in GSC for each flagged domain after cleaning. takes 3 to 7 days for google to re evaluate. do not ignore it, If it is what I have described, this phishing flags kill rankings fast.

That error means google safe browsing flagged specific pages not the whole domain. most common cause for casino mirror sites, a third party script, ad network code, or affiliate widget on those pages got flagged on another site using the same code. since all your mirrors share the same template it spreads fast.

Try fixing these steps
go to Google Safe Browsing transparency report and check each flagged domain
identify which pages are flagged, GSC usually shows the specific URLs
remove or replace any third party scripts on those pages one by one
once cleaned hit request review in GSC, takes 3 to 7 days sometimes more time,
check your ad network or push notification provider specifically, these are the most common culprits on casino sites

And dont hit request review before actually cleaning the pages. google will reject the review and the wait time resets.

Hummm...
That can happen when the flag is still fresh or google hasn't updated the transparency report yet. it sometimes takes 24 to 48 hours to reflect.
Did you check the security issues tab directly in the GSC? It usually shows the exact URLs flagged and the reason. also check if any third party script on those pages is loading content from an external domain that got flagged. the issue is sometimes not your domain itself but a script you are pulling from somewhere else.

this usually happens because google sees your mirror sites as duplicate/doorway pages you need stronger geo-localized content (not just logo/meta changes) and proper hreflang + unique value per country site

Good point. hreflang is often completely missing on mirror setups which makes it worse. and even when content is unique per site, if canonical tags are pointing to the main domain google just ignores the mirrors completely. so the fix is three things together, unique geo content, correct hreflang implementation, and making sure canonicals point to each respective mirror not the main domain.
All three need to work together otherwise google still treats them as duplicates.

Phishing flags on gsc are usually due to the site's reputation, not the tech. these mirror sites are probably getting flagged because of shared IPs or just being too similar. you need to diversify your hosting IPs and potentially vary the content slightly beyond just meta tags

Both points are understandable. shared IPs are definitely a red flag, if all mirrors sit on the same server google and safe browsing tools connect them instantly. diversifying hosting is step one. but IP diversification alone won't fix it if the content is identical. You need both, separate IPs and genuinely unique content per site.
