Why are my promotional Answers getting reported on Quora?

I have been using Quora to promote my business and share relevant resources But I noticed that some of my promotional answers are getting reported . I am trying to understand what could be the reason is. How do Quora

users promote their products, services without getting reports.

Quora users are very sensitive to anything that looks self-promotional. If most of your answers mention your product, include links, or push readers toward a service, people will report them even if the information is relevant.

What has worked best for me is focusing on answering the question completely first. Provide real value, share your experience, and only mention your product or service when it's genuinely relevant to the discussion. I also avoid dropping links in every answer because that tends to trigger both user reports and Quora's filters.
