google search autocomplete still working?

for example if i search blackhatworld.com and autocomplete shows 'blackhatworld.com awesome'
i heard that it's almost impossible now but I saw some sellers who doing it.
btw it's not targeting US, it's an asia country but the google search is dominant there.
i was surprised.
waiting for anyone who knows well about this kind of service

That’s a really good question — and yes, Google Autocomplete still works, but the way it functions (and how much it can be influenced) has changed a lot in recent years.

I know proxies let you send searches from different IPs and locations, so they can help create the appearance of unique searches that might influence autocomplete but it’s usually short-term.

Yes — Google Search Autocomplete is still working.
 
Yeah, I’ve heard about that too. Google tightened autocomplete manipulation a lot, but some local regions still seem easier to influence.
Probably works better on non-US datacenters. Would be interesting to know what methods those sellers are using now.
 
Interesting topic, from what I’ve seen, Google tightened a lot of filters around autocomplete manipulation, especially after 2023. Some regional variations might still respond differently, though. Curious to hear if anyone’s recently tested it successfully in non-US markets.
 
Autocomplete manipulation still technically works, but it’s much harder and riskier now. Google tightened its systems years ago, so most “autocomplete boost” services you see are either temporary, region-locked, or outright fake. You’ll rarely see long-term results unless it’s tied to massive real-search volume or legitimate brand queries.
 
I'm looking for any services, tips and/or suggestions in this direction. Even point of view or something that used/might work - keen to test it out. And yes, short-term works too! And we're talking about non-EN markets (seems like EN is fully cooked now?). Feel free to DM me. Thanks in advance.

It is much harder to game the Google Autocomplete algorithm than it was previously, especially in larger markets. In the case of smaller markets or in a particular language, hig volumes of brand searche and ongoing activity by users might impact the outcome. Sellers who guarante success should not be taken at face value; rather, request the proof before proceed.
 
not dead, just heavily filtered. if you see a brand + keyword suggestion, usually there's enough genuine searches behind it. sellers offering it may get results in less competitive regions, but keeping the suggestion stable long term is the hard part.
 
People who are doing this are usually running search traffic through proxies or click farms to simulate organic search behavior at scale. it’s harder than it used to be but not impossible with the right config.

Why though?

Seems like a huge waste of time to me.

Might as well use that time building parasites or your own site rather than manipulating the auto complete.

Because OP is not trying to rank his webpage for a search phrase. He wants his search phrase to show up in the recommendations.

For example, if someone searches for weight loss pills, OP wants his phrase weight loss pills xyzstore to pop up. People click on it and get OP's webpage. What you're saying is to create and rank a parasite for weight loss pills, but that's not what OP wants. There are many such strategies to get organic traffic.
 
If sellers are still offerring this service, I am curious whether they are generating real search volume or using some other method. google seems much stricter now.

I would love to hear more specifics on the "right config". Just considering testing out stuff in this direction.
