668.7 million views on youtube shorts. Ask me anything.

As a note as far as i know you can't monetize anymore low quality voiceovers for someone living in Malaysia, india, pakistan that's enough to make a living but if you're from US, Europe well it's not.

It was a good run for those who were there at right time.

1. What niche/type of shorts gave you the best results, and did you stick to one format?
2. What was the biggest turning point that helped your channel start getting consistent views?
3. How important was upload consistency vs idea quality for your growth?

AdSense is garbage.

Better to treat it as supplementary income.

Are you building an email list so you can sell people in automated follow ups?

YouTube could ban your account at any moment so you'd want something you own. :)

You can mine is from eleven labs. Logically what if person who cant speak wants to make vids would they need ai asistance. Idk the most i make from youtube was 10k in a month after that 5k i cant post more because i need to focus on studies. I still want a real job, i dont like something where i have the fear of i need to go viral to pay rent.

1. Bolt motivation niche
2. Once u go viral just dont f up post good vids
3. Consistency is not that important, avd and and vid quality will always win

Just have mutiple channels dawg.
Can you teach me how to cook salmon and prawn moose?
Probably not i buy takeout most of the time.

Why you want to focus on studies since you already making 5-10k a month? Its hard to make this kind of money with a degree you know that right?

how many video you posted until now on your bolt motivation niche channel?

you make a bankroll, save them and carefully invest them. if one channel fall off you start another one or you run multiples at the same time. preety sure that in your country 5k have much more value. I think you mentioned youre from malaysia. with a law degree in Malaysia you will earn the 1/10th of this with 10x times more work and hours. I think you are preety young and dont understand how jobs really work in the real work.

Yes 5k usd in malaysia is a doctor salary. Which is really high but u have to understand, with youtube i can get demontize any time, my family has really high debts, I dont have the privillage to invest. With this degree i can work as a legal advisor as time goes on i can make 2500 usd. Have stable income.

for half or even 1/4 of the money you getting from youtube you will be working 8-10 hours a day. If you invest that time in more channels you could be making 50k a month and you will work on your hours and on your terms. working for someone else is one of the worst things you can do to yourself. My advice to you its to invest more on youtube. People work corporate getting more than enough money and they are trying to find ways to escape it, you kind of trying to do the opposite and you will regret it. In my opinion. University is a scam. Real money comes from businesses and with internet and AI now the opportunities are MUCH MUCH more

I get what you’re saying and YouTube income is definitely good right now. But it is also not stable or guaranteed long term. I am not rejecting YouTube I am treating it like a business while it is working. But I am also doing law because I need a fallback that is not dependent on algorithm changes demonetization or trends dying out. Also just starting more channels sounds simple but in reality scaling content burnout policy risks and saturation are real problems. Not every channel works the same. For me it is not about choosing one or the other it is about having both income stability and growth potential.

Whatever man, im not gonna try to change your opinion. Im just going to say to you that without risk nothing is coming your way. Ask all the millionaires how many millions they got loaned from the banks. That was risky they may fail and never be able to pay. You are at an age where you afford to take risks, you took it, you succeeded and now you wanna go backwards to what people are trying to get out of. Anyways man I wish you the best I hope you gonna be a good lawyer! :)

Honestly both of you are kinda right and kinda talking past each other. @Kopas the risk point is valid but @wwe122342e isnt wrong about demonetization, ive seen channels lose monetization overnight for stuff that was fine 6 months earlier. The voice ai motivation niche especially is getting flagged more lately so the long term worry is real.

But heres the thing nobody mentioned... its not actually either/or. You dont have to grind law full time and drop youtube. Hire an editor, get a VA to handle uploads, keep the channel running semi passive while you finish uni. 5k a month easily covers an editor + scripter and you still pocket most of it. That way you keep the fallback AND dont kill the income that funds it.

The mistake i see ppl make is treating it like a switch you flip. You can run both for a while and see which one actually holds up before commiting. No rush to decide at your age tbh.

Awesome results !. How many channels did you test before finding a format that consistently scaled?

Any advice on how you get viewers and engagement? Been trying to grow my YT shorts.

what is your niche, and how many videos are you posting per day. congratulations

I’ve been doing YouTube since 2022, but I was using my face. Then in 2025, I said let me try not being myself and it actually worked, lmao.

668m views is crazy. Question is, how much of that was skill and how much was the Shorts algo going nuts? I've had videos do 1m+ views and honestly couldn't tell you why half of the time lol.
Also curious what your upload schedule looked like when the channel was growing the fastest.
