How do you claim a GMB for a website that has gone dormant. In other words.. Say the domain expired. You buy it. You now have website recreated and email for the domain, Now you need the GMB. How do you get access to it?

This is actually a great way to diferentiate yourself from your competition and at the same time it proofs that you have the ability to deliver on what you promise.


1. I would like to know if a digital agency(no physical location, but targeting the major cities in one country) can benefit from Local SEO or would be better off investing in general SEO?
2. What type of companies benefit the most from local SEO? I'm assuming plumbers, electricians, restaurants, etc. Are there any specific niches that benefit the most?

At this point you would not have access to their website or gmb. What tactics would you use to effect rankings without access to these ?

I take it money exchanged hands, and you "tried to get rich quick"? if so, its gone. Member is banned, hes gone. Guaranteed you never hear from him again. Move on, and only deal with a minimum of jrvip as the rules on the forum state, as they pay to be members, and won't be so fast to throw away account if they are advertising correctly in the right place, and you are responding in the right designated place.
 
Rob was a solid guy, I doubt the person requesting contact was scammed. Likely needs more or has a question. I know I worked with this guy and he was a beast. I wish he would reach out to me aswell. Rob if you reading this bro lmk
 
that free lead method he mentioned is classic but saying you can do it just with reviews without gmb access is kinda wild. google will suspend an unclaimed listing so fast if you start blasting reviews to rank it. sad he got banned though if he was actually delivering.
