Honestly I'm exhausted with finding a good DMCA ignored hosting service

pfcloud.io - scam. no server, no ticket answer, no refund.
i don't even remember where I saw their ad. I've checked all the forums, but haven't found any mention of them anywhere.

they replied 4 days later. I'll check how the server will work.

In reality what matters is where your actual server is physically located, because a complaint will always go to the network provider and at the DC level, so depending upon the content, make sure that you do choose your physical server in locations like Seychelles, Switzerland, Panama, Thailand etc, because at the end what will matter is where the server is physically hosted.

That would be a LONG conversation to have and get to a solid conclusion.

have you proof from this? or a link to a news site?
I will not disclose his details here, but he is well known in the darknet community.
He's probably under house arrest right now idk.
If you will curious enough, you can find lawsuit data in public.

google yalishanda + medialand

can u clarify how the hosting company, network provider and DC level are related to each other?

Is the hosting company and the network provider the same thing?

Also assuming hosting company has DC at difffernet locations, wont any abuse complaint (say from cloudflare) go to the hosting company, regardless of which location the server is at?

Thank you in advance for any guidance.

Do you mind me asking if you have any issues with VSYS since the recent news about the $42m US judgement on your side (my server is running without issue and chat support are playing it down as well)? I'm wondering whether I shouldn't wait for the ship to sail and just bite the bullet and move to another provider, despite having no issues since I joined them...
Sorry I miss your reply.

No, my website still running without any problem until now and seriously I have no idea about the news
