Happened to me also, 2 accounts deactivated. Both lasted like 2 days. Barely used them, sent like 1-2 messages on each, then nothing for 2 days. and suddenly both deactivated.
 
ChatGPT account was banned in less than 24 hours, used yesterday for around 2 hours, logged in today, and the account was deactivated. Please contact me to replace the account.
