Yeah I've messed around with Fingerprint a bit. What are you trying to do with it exactly? It's basically Shape5's framework for managing templates/layouts across Joomla, but the docs are kinda all over the place so it depends what you're stuck on. Post the actual problem and I can probably point you somewhere.

man shape5 is a blast from the past. are you on the joomla or wordpress version? if you are trying to tweak the layout or styles, its usually easier to just bypass the vertex admin panel and dump your overrides in custom.css. that backend is so buggy and laggy nowadays, especially if you updated php recently.

You are mistaken. The "Shape5 Fingerprint" I am referring to is a module used for user authentication when signing up for the site.
