Can we select a channel on TikTok and upload its videos on YouTube but without getting a copyright strike and also with monetization easily enabled?

I wouldn't rely on that for monetization. Even if you avoid a copyright strike, YouTube may still see it as reused content. Adding real value, commentary, editing, or a unique angle gives you a much better chance.

But how does YouTube know that this video is from TikTok?

Short answer: No.
Long answer: You might dodge the copyright strikes if the original TikToker isn't in the Content ID system, but easy monetization? Not going to happen.
YouTube’s Reused Content policy is ruthless right now. Even if you get the watch hours, human reviewers will instantly reject your channel when you apply for the YouTube Partner Program (YPP).
If you want to make money re-uploading TikToks or Shorts, forget about AdSense. Use that format to generate massive traffic, rank the videos, and funnel those viewers into CPA offers, crypto, or affiliate links in the pinned comments. That's how this game is actually played.

The real answer is just no. Even if you do get monetized, Youtube's reused policies are VERY strict so you won't be earning money and lets get real, even before monetization you will get copyright claimed.

Hey, I’ve tried doing that before too. I wouldn’t really recommend it tho-the audiences are pretty different.
It’s better to create separate content for YouTube and TikTok if you wanna run both at the same time.
But imo it’s smarter to start with TikTok first, since you can usually get monetized there way faster.

stop immediately if you don't want your channel suspended; :) this method only worked 5-10 days ago. Currently, YouTube's priority is content creation.

YouTube generally prefers transformed content. Adding commentary, editing, or your own perspective makes a big difference.

it used to work in the past for getting views, but now you will just get labeled reused content, and you wont get rich. instead of copying and pasting the content, consider using the tiktok channel as inspiration to do your own version of the content on youtube shorts

I think it's completely fine, but I believe that downloading videos from TikTok will likely include some annoying code that could cause the video to flop when uploaded to YouTube.
In the long run, you should develop your own content. That will be more sustainable.
Cultivate, don't hunt.

Don't do that bro. A lot of YouTube channels have done that and ended up getting taken down because of copyright issues.

If it's your own videos and you can prove it sure. If it's another person's videos then yes you can get a copyright strike.
