I recently launched a new website, but it is not showing up in Google Search results yet. I have already added the website to Google Search Console and submitted the sitemap, so what can I do now?

social signals, or add important links to the homepage , and index homepage using indexers, your problem solved

Bro after sitemap just request indexing for main pages, add few internal links and get 1-2 external links, google usually pick it up faster then.

A new website can take time to appear in Google. Since you've submitted your sitemap, check that your pages are indexed in Google Search Console, publish quality content regularly, and build a few relevant backlinks. Keep monitoring for errors and give Google some time to crawl and index your site.

If you've already submitted the sitemap, the main thing now is patience. You can also use the URL Inspection tool in Search Console to request indexing for important pages and make sure your site has quality content and internal links.

Hey @Brain ton

One of the quickest ways to get a page indexed is to share it on reddit. Make a reddit account and don't try to spam reddit, you'll get your domain blocked site-wide. After reddit, do medium and then you can try the generic social media (pinterest first).

P.S. Please dont just make reddit posts and leave it at that, try to be helpful and get some upvotes - that helps a lot.

Since you are already submitted your sitemap, focus on publishing quality content consistently and request indexing for important pages. Check that your site isn't blocked by robots.txt or noindex tags, and improve internal linking to help Google crawl your pages. Building a few relevant backlinks can also increase visibility and trust. New websites often take some time to appear in search results, so patience is important. Keep updating your site regularly while monitoring indexing status in Google Search Console.

First thing to understand is that indexing in Google is not instant. even after sitemap submission, new sites can take days to a few weeks to fully appear in search results.

That’s pretty normal for a new site, it can take a while to get indexed even after you submit the sitemap. Make sure your pages are actually being crawled in Search Console and that there are no coverage or “noindex” issues holding them back.

If you've already added your site to Google Search Console and submitted the sitemap, the next step is to be patient, as indexing can take days or even weeks for a new website. Make sure your pages are crawlable, publish quality content regularly, and build a few relevant backlinks to help Google discover your site faster. Also, use the URL Inspection tool in Search Console to request indexing for important pages.

I think One common reason is weak internal structure. if your important pages are not linked properly from homepage or navigation, Google may delay discovering them.

just share ur links on social media and build few basic profile backlinks, google bots will crawl it way faster then.

To get a new website indexed by Google submit your sitemap in Google Search Console, add quality content, and build a few backlinks so Google can discover your site faster.

If your website is brand new, don’t panic too quickly. even after adding it to Google Search Console, it can take some time before pages actually start appearing in search.

If you’ve already submitted your sitemap, then the next step is to be patient. New website can take days, weeks, even months to show up in search result. Continue to publish quality content, ensure your pages are crawlable, and use the URL Inspection tool in Search Console to request index of your most important page.

Make sure you request indexing for your key pages inside Google Search Console using the URL Inspection tool.

I've read, indexing can take some time, especially for a brand-new website. If you have already submitted the sitemap, I check that the pages are not blocked by robots.txt or set to "noindex."

If you’ve already submit your sitemap in Google Search Console, the next step is patience and optimisation. Make sure your pages are indexable, publish new and useful content regular, improve your internal link and try to get a few quality backlink. New sites need some time to gain crawling momentum and search visibility.

You're doing the right thing. First, check if your pages are actually indexed. In Search Console, use the url inspection tool. Paste your homepage. If it says "url is not on Google", hit "Request indexing". Do this for a few important pages. Second, check your robots.txt file. Also make sure your pages don't have a "noindex" tag. if you're using a plugin, that happens sometimes. Sometimes Google just takes its sweet time. it need a reason to crawl you. Good luck.

Submitting the sitemap is a good first step, but indexing can still take days or even weeks for a brand new site. Make sure your pages are internally linked, check that they're not blocked by robots.txt or noindex tags, and try getting a few quality backlinks or social signals to help Google discover them faster. Also use the URL Inspection tool in Search Console and request indexing for important pages manually.
